The Compliance Office also provides assistance that includes:

  • Education programs and training courses on regulatory requirements, compliance obligations, best practices and ethical decision-making
  • Responding to compliance questions
  • Pursuing concerns regarding regulatory compliance efforts of the University
  • Compliance reviews and risk assessments
  • Facilitation projects with organizational units to improve compliance
  • Management of confidential Trust Line reports
  • Investigations into allegations of noncompliance or unethical conduct
  • Referrals to appropriate Emory sources of help and information
  • Responding to questions about organizational compliance and/or ethics
  • Safe harbor consultations
